Do your products contain tree nuts?
Many of our products contain tree nuts. For other products, tree nuts are not a listed ingredient but due to the possibility of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products are tree nut free. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package or if you have further questions please contact us. 
Does Rogers' Chocolates Offer Factory Tours?
Unfortunately, tours are not available at our factory. Many years ago tours were available but over time health and safety standards have changed and as a result we have eliminated tours.
Can I Get A Rogers' Chocolates Gift Card?
Yes, gift cards starting at $25 are available to purchase over the phone and in our stores.  Please call us at 1-800-663-2220 to have one mailed to you. Gift cards are redeemable in our Rogers’ stores only, they cannot be used for on-line or telephone purchases.
What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products?
Our products come with an identified “Best Before” date. The date will tell you our estimate that an unopened package, properly handled and stored, will retain its freshness and taste. Look for the “Best Before” date and if you have any questions please contact us.
How Should I Store My Rogers' Chocolates?
Chocolates prefer a cool dry place. Ideal conditions are 65 degrees at 50% relative humidity, not to go below 50 degrees (freezing is not recommended) and not to exceed 72 degrees.


Chocolates will best maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 65°F (18°C). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.

Can I Chose My Courier?
We make our best efforts to select the courier who will best achieve your shipping instructions when you place an order with us. If you have any special instructions for shipping please call us at 1-800-663-2220 and we can determine the best way to assist you.

When shipping to the USA or Outside of Canada please remember to provide a physical address for the courier to reach your recipient at, there is no option to ship to PO boxes in the USA or Outside of Canada. 

Please note that Rogers' Chocolates is not responsible for shipping delays. The delivery times noted on our shipping page are estimates based on average delivery times. Couriers may experience delays for various reasons and therefore we cannot guarantee an arrival date.
I was not at home when the courier attempted to deliver the package. What should I do now?

If you have missed the delivery, please contact the courier directly to locate the depot and business hours where the package is located. Unfortunately, Rogers' Chocolates cannot rearrange or reschedule a new delivery date. We do not accept responsibility for the package once delivery has been attempted but not received.

If you prefer to have the package left at your shipping address, please indicate "No Signature Required" under "Special Instructions" before submitting your order. Please note that Rogers' Chocolates is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when "No Signature Required" is requested.

What happens if my package was returned to Rogers' Chocolates?
The most common reasons for packages being returned to Rogers' Chocolates are incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages. Please review the shipping address and payment information carefully before submitting an order. If the package is returned to us, our Customer Service department will contact you and make arrangements to re-send the package at the corresponding shipping cost. The package will be retained for a period of 15 days after the returned delivery date. If we have not heard from the customer after this period of time, the product will be disposed of. 
Are Your Products Gluten Free?
For many of our products gluten and wheat is not a listed ingredient but due to the possibility of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products are gluten free. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package or if you have further questions please contact us.
Are Your Products Vegan?
Our products are not certified as vegan. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package or if you have further questions please contact us.
Do You Have Dairy Free Products?
For many of our products dairy is not a listed ingredient but due to the possibility of cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our products are dairy free. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package or if you have further questions please contact us.
Do You Have Sugar Free Products For Diabetics?
We do not have products that are sugar free. We do have a selection of No Sugar Added products. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package to determine if the product is suitable for you and your diet. If you have further questions please contact us.
Does Rogers' Chocolates Sell Ice Cream?
All of our retail stores sell Rogers’ delicious chocolate-dipped ice cream bars. Flavours may vary seasonally, and normally include Milk Chocolate, Almond Brittle, Dark Chocolate Mint, Maple, Double Double, Lemon Pistachio, and Dark Chocolate. Several of our stores also sell scooped ice cream. Please contact your local Rogers’ shop to find out what is currently available. Ice cream is not available through the website or mail order.
Where Are You Located?

Our factory and headquarters are at 4253 Commerce Circle in Victoria, BC.

We have 8 Rogers’ Chocolates shops throughout Greater Victoria and Vancouver. We also have many retail partners across Canada who carry our products. Please refer to our "Where To Buy" page for more information.

Do You Offer A Discount For Large Orders?
We have various volume discount levels for orders over $525. The discounts are available at our retail stores or by calling us at 1-800-663-2220. Please see the table and info here
I Did Not Receive A Tracking Number. Is There A Problem With My Order?
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation email from us. We will contact you if there are problems during order processing. On the afternoon your order ships, we will send an email with your tracking information to the same email address we have on file. Please contact us at 1-800-663-2220 if you do not receive this email and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking details.
Are The Prices Listed In Canadian Dollars?
Yes, all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
What Flavours Do The Victoria Creams Come In?
Our Victoria Creams are available in over 20 different classic and seasonal flavours. Our 10 and 20 piece boxes come with a standard assortment of flavours, or you can visit our Build-a-Box page for a listing of currently available flavours and build your own custom assortment.
Are Your Products Kosher Certified?
No, we do not offer kosher products at this time.
Do Your Products Contain GMO's?
While some of our ingredients are certified GMO free, we cannot guarantee that our products are GMO free.
Do Your Products Contain Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives
Very few of our products contain artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. We are working to totally eliminate them from our ingredient listings. Please refer to the ingredient declaration on each package or if you have further questions please contact us.
Why is “processed with alkali” listed in the ingredients?
The ingredient listing “processed with alkali” refers to a form of chocolate processing called “Dutching,” which was patented in 1828 by the Van Houten family of the Netherlands. This type of processing reduces the acidity in chocolate. The result is a chocolate that tastes less bitter, and has a deeper and richer color tone.
Can I Return My Purchase?
For over a century, Rogers’ Chocolates has been known for our quality and excellence. Though our products leave us in fresh condition, if your product has been damaged in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. We may ask that you provide us with details to help us understand the issue you’ve experienced, as your feedback ensures we are always striving for the best quality possible.
