Shipping Internationally
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Please contact us toll-free at 1-800-663-2220 or email us at [email protected] for more information. When shipping internationally, Rogers’ Chocolates does not accept responsibility for delays, damages, refusals, customs related issues, taxes, duties or other related issues.
Tracking Your Order
  • Upon the completion of your order an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you detailing your purchases and applicable charges for future reference. Please note that if the shipping address is within Victoria or shipped via Canada Post, no tracking number will be provided.
  • Orders being sent to more than one recipient will be grouped by the delivery addresses. Please take this opportunity to ensure your order is correct.
  • If applicable, on the day your order ships and leaves our warehouse you will receive another email confirmation with tracking information. 
  • The tracking information, if supplied, can be used to monitor the status of your shipment while in transit through the courier’s website.
  • If your order is shipping to multiple recipients, you will receive an individual email and tracking number for each recipient shipment.
  • Please retain your emails for future reference or contact us at [email protected] should you need us to resend your tracking email.

     

    Promotional Campaigns and Free Shipping
    Periodically Rogers’ Chocolates Ltd will offer Promotional campaigns related to the webstore operations. The following terms apply:

     

    • These campaigns have no refund or cash surrender value.
    • Rogers Chocolates Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any or all Promotional campaigns without notice as well as change the terms related to any or all Promotional campaigns.
    • In the event that a promotional item / gift is not available Rogers’ Chocolates reserves the right to replace the item / gift with an alternate item of their choosing.
    • Free Shipping promotions apply to designated regions or countries as stated by the promotion and only apply where Standard shipping rates are available.
    • Free Shipping will be applied at Checkout to each recipient address over $99.00 after any applicable discounts or promotions and before applicable taxes or additional shipping related charges.
    • Free Shipping is only applicable to orders shipping to destinations in Canada and where Standard shipping is available.  See our Canadian rate shipping tables.
    Orders Over $700
    For orders over $700 before taxes, delivery rates may vary and volume discounts may apply. Where orders exceed $700, please call our Mail Order Department toll-free at 1-800-663-2220 and one of our specially trained employees will be happy to help you with your questions!
    Cancellations
    We are unable to accept order changes or cancellations after your order has been processed. Please call us at 1-800-663-2220 with any questions.
    Shipping Policies, Terms and Conditions
    Unless otherwise noted, the following information sets out the terms and conditions for shipping to all destinations.

     

  • All rates and pricing are stated in Canadian dollars.
  • Order amounts exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which will be calculated and applied at Checkout.
  • All delivery rates and taxes are based on and applied to each individual shipping location, sometimes referred to as the recipient in this section.
  • Shipping rates are applied to each shipment and are applied during order Checkout.
  • Where applicable, standard rates will apply to orders initially but the customer may select an alternate shipping option from the shipping drop down menus. Shipping rates may vary with different carriers.
  • For orders being shipped to rural or remote areas additional charges and longer delivery times may apply. Any additional charges will be applied at checkout where applicable.
  • Delivery times apply to business days only – weekends and holidays are not included.
  • The delivery times noted below are an estimate and for information purposes only. We work closely with our courier network to attempt to achieve deliveries that are on or before any future dated shipping dates but we cannot guarantee the delivery date.  Please ensure that you consider this information for all time sensitive orders.
  • Orders outside of Canada cannot be shipped to PO or AFO Boxes.
  • Rates & shipping policies are subject to change without notice. While all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of our webstore rates and pricing, Rogers’ Chocolates reserves the right to contact customers in the event of an error or mistake. The customer will be advised of the issues for correction and the impact on their order.
  • When shipping internationally, Rogers’ Chocolates does not accept responsibility for delays, damages, refusals, customs related issues, taxes, duties or any other related issues.
  • Returned Orders
    Orders which are refused, unable to be delivered, or not collected from the couriers may be returned to us by the couriers. In this event the customer will be contacted and orders can be resent to recipients at an additional shipping charge.
    Shipping to Multiple Addresses
    We offer an easy way to send your order up to 5 addresses. Here's how:

     

    • For each item you add to your Shopping Cart you can select or change a recipient during your order review.
    • Each recipient will be sent as a separate delivery and will incur the applicable shipping charges.
    • During the Order Review process simply select your recipient for your item from the recipient drop down list or add a new recipient to your list by following the page link next to your recipient drop down box.
    • Upon completion of your order an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you stating your purchases grouped by your recipients.
    • Should you subsequently note an error in your order please email us at [email protected] to arrange a correction.
    • Rogers' Chocolates has 5 addresses per order limit on orders placed online. Where orders exceed 5 locations, please call our Mail Order Department toll-free at 1-800-663-2220 and one of our specially trained employees will be happy to help! 

    Shipping rates, as well as the terms and conditions, will apply to each recipient delivery.

    Hot Weather Shipping
    When temperatures exceed 24ºC / 80ºF, cool packs may be added to orders. During this time, shipping options may be restricted to Express Shipping for some destinations and we will not accept responsibility for shipments to PO/community boxes. Please take this into consideration when selecting your courier. In order to minimize the amount of time your chocolates are in transit, we may limit shipping orders to Monday through Thursday.  Due to heat concerns Standard Shipping is not available from May 15 to September 18, with the exception of Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
